245,000 isn't paid for by the public. Its only listed that way for the allocation of benefits.

It's a direct quote from USA Today - but they could be wrong, I suppose. It looks like Clemson wants to make sure that IF Dabo leaves for 'Bama, the Tide will have to buy them a new coach.
