My Uncle, Harvey White - Tiger QB '57 - '60, was the first ever player signed by the Patriots, an expansion team in 1960. One of my best friends and still going strong. Go Tigers!!

please tell HW hello, that i attended last Big Thursday FB game in Cola in 1959 to witness he & Co-QB Lowdnes Shingler beating the feathers off the Birds (I was a freshman)...

and I believe he was a Newspaper customer of mine when i delivered to the WW2 prefabs near old P & A building..

and he may still owe me $2.40 for last month since he moved out b/4 I collected!

We actually lived in the 1st prefab right across from the p&a building in late 60s and my hubby delivered papers too. We were so poor and people wouldn't pay, was so sad!
