While driving this morning an announcer on XM84 referenced the above quote from a BB coach in his past . . .

It made me think:
Are our AD and BOT enthusiastic?
Are our coachs enthusiastic?
Are our players enthusiastic?
Are our fans enthusiastic?


"Nothing GREAT ever comes w/out enthusiasm."


Maybe the explanation (and answer) to our current situation lies within the quote.
