after Rich Rodriguez left for Michigan. I guess it wasn't really mid season, but Bill Stewart coached the Fiesta Bowl and they waxed Oklahoma and he was hired on full time after that. He lasted a couple of years before Dana Holgerson took over.

Now...Dabo has once again proven to be something of a trend-setter.

By the way, Clemson has some ridiculous streak of winning games when they've had more turnovers than the opposition...but don't recall the specifics at the moment. It's not Powerball or lightning strike odds, but pretty impressive, nonetheless.
