New Cali law

Oct 6, 2019, 7:32 AM

we would win if this for all ncaa schools! The athletes are not being paid to play they are allowed to receive endorsements, meaning the university is not paying them! So say Nike or ua decided they wanted to have one college qb endorse their brand? Trevor and tua are the hottest names on the two most marketable teams currently! The hs players will not migrate to the highest rev schools they will go to the ones w the most marketability! You cannot turn on espn today and not hear Clemson mentioned! This would ensure I recruiting continues to thrive!!

jjctiger0616, just want to add one comment to your post. Endorsement deals by players can only be made with the company already being endorsed by the school the player attends. In our case, endorsements by players would have to be with Nike.
