It appears to me to be a couple of football players who are signing autographs for adoring young fans .
It's possible it represents how athletes are admired and serve as role models to youths .

Similar to the children sculptures at Crossnore School in NC. I think it shows the impact older young people have or should have on the children. Very powerful and many steps ahead of what you will find elsewhere. Somewhat meshes with the message Tony Elliot had today about Travis......

In addition to the words, "All In" near the statues, the word "Service" is inlaid at the perimeter. My guess is it's to remind the players of their duty to the community.
