NCAA. Just a thought. Whereas our legal system

May 25, 2019, 5:35 PM

says a person is innocent until proven guilty, the NCAA says guilty until proved innocent. Because our guys passed a polygraph test, doesn’t that prove innocence?

No, polygraph tests are easy to pass with proper training and are pretty useless evidence wise.

Did not know that. However, if I was the parent of one of the two players with eligibility left I would find a prominent attorney who would agree to sue the NCAA due to their ruling and agree to give the attorney one half of the settlement, should we win, in lieu of a fee. There are so many inconsistent rulings that the NCAA has made that I think this would be a slam dunk suit if the trial went to court.

Pretty sure that's a no go

Be careful talking about lawyers. The party getting sued might not be who you think.

Polygraphs are bunk. Any attorney worth his salt will have one tossed immediately.***

they failed the test. they are guilty

May 25, 2019, 6:09 PM

we could not prove them innocent of the charges. What are you saying?

I think that many fans

Are upset at the way the NCAA has handled past wrongdoings and compare them with this situation.

The case involving the Heels is especially unnerving because their guilt was so apparent yet few penalty’s were given.

I think that the day will come when the ncaa no longer exists. There has to be some in college sports with the gonads to begin this exit of power. They serve little purpose as a governing body in sports
