NCAA/FBI basketball scandal

Can someone tell me if Clemson is listed in this scandal just because of Merl Code or are they coming after us for something significant? I’m not seeing anything specific so I’m hoping is just Merl being in the mix. Thanks.

Rumor is that we'll have to vacate NIT wins and all of our NCAA wins in the last 5-6 years. There's alsotalk of vacating wins over Carson Newman, Furman and Athletes in Action.

It's soooo drastic the difference in the action per each school, Louisville and Arizona were caught paying recruits 100 grand, Duke was caught buying someones mom lunch at Longhorns... I highly doubt anything will happen to 95% of the schools on this list.
