Is this the first new school year in a while with effectively no changes downtown? No new businesses etc? Seems all the same as last year.

Recent years have been chock full of changes.

Kids got a 3 hours notice to evacuate 114 Earle and Epoch Apartment/Condos in Seneca are not ready for occupancy...whatta cluster!
