Dialogue with a recruit. "You're considering Michigan? Why would you want to go spend four years at a school where the people who are already there don't want to be? They leave and go somewhere else to for spring practice. Why not pick a school that's already in one of those places those boys want to go to?"

see Michigan and consider them during the process that otherwise would not have. Just getting to the point where Dabo (or any other coach in the south recruiting these guys) has to sit down with these guys and tell them why Clemson is better than Michigan is a win for Harbaugh.

What isn't a win for Harbaugh is public perception on this . What also isn't a win is his fivision or his conference . They are probably the 4th best team overall in the B1G , so maybe let the guy have a few nice springs before he gets shown the door for not being able to beat his way out of his own conference .
