Alright now, don't stir the pot. Oline got dominated 3 quarters of that game. Conditioning was incredible. Strength was overmatched. Disagree if you wish, but it is the truth.

D-line played great, I agree. But for all of the game their D-line was in our backfield, no denying it. We were overmatched physically for a majority of that game. The pace wore them down and I am glad we could do it against such a good opponent. Also, Oline began to gel a good bit with all the changes. Good experience for Gore and Battle (more so Battle who played pretty good I thought). Should be two stud tackles that can provide some serious depth. They look like studs both standing in pads on the field and in plays.

what does the o-line gelling have to do with the s&c program

Dec 31, 2012, 11:55 PM

you contradicted yourself. admit it, we are as physically strong as anyone, albeit, maybe not as talented at some positions.

Please explain yourself. The previous post made no sense.

And explain to me how I contradicted myself. I said the Oline wore them down with conditioning and running 105 plays on them. We did not overpower them and were not stronger than them. Their D was in our backfield the entire game. Tajh was running for his life 95% of the game.

Some just see the negative, never the positive.***

You call it negative, I call it truth. If you continue to read not be so closed minded, you will see where I say that our Oline wore them down. We didn't overpower them though, they were in our backfield 3 quarters of that game with pure power. They were rushing 3 and on Tajh's a## the entire game. If you disagree, you weren't watching the same game me and 80,000 others were.
