I’ve posted that I’m not sure who we could realistically get

If we parted ways with our current coach. There are well intentioned posters asking what can we do to improve our basketball program? We’ve invested in a major renovation to our arena/practice facilities, we’re paying a fair and reasonable amount for our coaches and we seem to be more aggressive in recruiting. While basketball is different than football, the establishment of a culture and an identity seems essential. The culture seems to be evolving but what about an identity? This is the thing that causes me concern, this team lacks anything that they can fall back on and that may stem from the top. Brad seems like a nice, professional guy, liked by most that know him but he’s not gregarious, passionate or even excitable. This team mimics their coach. This might be the only reason to seek out a young, passionate up and comer to lead our program. Just a thought, not even an original one at that but thought I’d throw my 2 cents in....
