I'm sure that will improve as time passes and competition improves---although El Cid played pretty well
And its still difficult for this long, long time Clemson basketball watcher to get used to feeling confident when our guys step up to take a free throw

Shelton and Marcquise were phenominal at times, but was also pretty impressed with Trapp tonight as well....he had some good moments. Amir Sims is fun to watch and I foresee Top 10 moments in his future

It’s a good way to start the season. Citadel is unconscious shooting the 3 and I have been worried about us winning in shootouts without Grantham and DeVoe on the team. 6 players in double digits is a nice start for Brownell’s squad.

I didn’t see the game ... only the box score which shows we missed 15 three pointers. We launched a lot of long balls and while we hit a good percentage, but we missed a lot too. I think that may have been the point the OP was making.
Playing an out-manned team like The Citadel, you’d have to expect we’d dominate in the paint and that shooting 56% over all from the field would be easy enough if our big men were having their way.
I guess my only real concern is that even though we scored 100, we gave up 80 points ... to The Citadel.
