Could you imagine how much worse it would suck to have to recruit your rivals back up RB as a one year rental to be your starter and by far the best RB on your roster. On top of that the only player in your school's history to win a championship was won with your rival before he transferred..

Feaster wasn't really a bust, but not a 5 star back.

Belk was a bust in my mind, but maybe he wouldn't have been had he stuck it out at Clemson.

It’s 2 days before the start of fall practice and everyone wants to talk about a player that we’ve known was leaving for several months, and he was our least productive RB last year.

To be fair, he wasn't the least productive back. 4th but not last. Heck, you even had KB2. Also, in his 7 or 9 touches, he still outgained the two backs for uOFsc in the coot game.

But if you look at his out growth and production, it kinda capped. Enough so that LJD and the new folks would continue to get touches along with ETN. He was not going to get the touches if he wanted to showcase NFL talent. Can't blame him for wanting to go somewhere to be a #1 back but you go anywhere BUT the coots.
