about maintaining a good relationship with a company that does A LOT of business with them.

Try to have a mutually beneficial relationship with said company and they screw up what we are trying to do. If you know you are about to make bank even with major discounts by supplying a product, make sure the product you supply is in good shape AND IS THE CORRECT AMOUNT.

Was quoted a 4-5 week lead time for certain quantity of items. Placed order 3 days before said items are needed. Blames supplier.
