I’ll be very surprised if ND does not stay #3. I don’t think they’re the 3rd best team, but I think they’ll stay right there. My impression is that ND has the most widespread fan base of anyone and they enjoy that edge by a significant margin. Should that matter? No, but the reality is ND will fill a stadium even if the game was played in Europe or South America. Suits me just fine. I’m dying to see the Tigers tear off a piece off leprechaun.

While you are right about large fan base.... they could care less if the stadium is full or empty.... it’s all about TV.

That said.... it’d tickle me if this happens
