Beating UGA or LSU in the CFP would be nice for a change. Wearing out Alabama is getting old - the thrill is gone and somewhat boring... just like beating the coots.

Even better, let them put TWO sec teams in the CFP - so we could beat them both! Doesn’t matter which two. Don’t you know the sec excuse factory will be running three shifts when that happens!

The SEC is going to need to start sending 2 teams to the playoff, because LSU, Bama, amd Georgia are going to be so stacked in a couple of years. No way they wont have 2 of the best 4 teams in the nation in the SEC. No way the playoff is going to be able to remain at 4 teams. There really will only be 3 open spots every year, because Clemson will be in the playoff probably at least 8 out of the next 10 years.

They didn’t even discuss playoff expansion. Said (sic) “...the format was just right. Best regular season to playoff format of ANY sport...”.

Though I do agree with you and I think sec ‘fatigue’ - dare I say Clemson? - will eventually bring about a ‘mutiny’ of the other P5 conferences.

We should start a tnet pool as to WHEN they expand!

That secondary is trash. Nobody can pass well in the SEC. They let Jalen Hurst torch em for all the marbles.
