The old Smoke should have a new menu in a few weeks. We stopped by there about 2 weeks ago and had a few drinks, and I knew the knew owner back from when he used to tend bar downtown. He said 2-3 months he will have it remodeled with a new menu.
Day of the superbowl, he was advertising on Facebook to get waitresses to come work. I think that will continue to be a problem. The entitlement in this area is too great, and if teenage chicks get paid more by not doing anything than something, why would they work?

They used to do live remotes on Tuesdays and fridays, and there was always a restaurant involved serving free food.
I never paid for food on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Back when I used to sometimes go there (late 90's) I sweatergod they'd but feta cheese on everything. I think they put in the sweet tea.
