So, we moved our daughter in yesterday. She's a transfer Junior. So glad we got to move in early and not go thru the craziness it will be on Saturday when returning students arrive. But what got me.....as we moved her into her dorm, was already impressed that it was beside DV. But then, when we got to the 4th Floor and I got to check out her view from the lounge area.....WOW. Just a bit jealous.

I know....she said the old man was welcome to come down on gamedays to hang out there and save ticket price but I don't see that offer lasting long once she gets settled and meets people.
The pic really doesn't do justice to the view either....it's incredible. While mom and mother in law worked on unpacking, I just stood there with my youngest boy drooling just thinking....I cannot believe she gets to see this every single day.

Stadium suites 4th floor? Had a room there my soph. year. Glad to see they cut down the trees blocking the field from view! Was only this good of a view in the winter back then.

Yup, Stadium Suites 4th Floor. Very nice. What's the age on it? Has to be one of the newer ones. Was so nice to have an elevator to take stuff up.

I stayed at Stadium Suites last year, awesome view and exciting during football season! I would recommend getting some curtains or something if her room faces the stadium. They like to leave the lights on the night before the game and leave the jumbotrons on which can light up the room and make it hard to sleep.

what floor? there is a lounge area on 4th floor where my kid is (i'd assume all floors have it) that is very sweet and great view. Lounge chairs, sofa, tv - I imagine it's a great spot on gameday.

floor, but you had the big trees there then and it made it much tougher to view the field. It was a nice dorm to stay in.
