IF UGA gets in let them play Bama, 1 vs 4

But I look at the game they lost last night as a quarter final game in which they were eliminated. Herbie has had his fingers on the pulse of the CFP committee for many years. He has a pretty good feel of what they will do.

Exactly. If UGA gets in they would be playing Bama when the playoffs begin. Two games in a row like that won't fly. They can't let UGA in because of that.

I had the same thought, but the only downfall to that is that it gives the SEC a guaranteed spot in the national championship

I cant see the rematch. Ga had a shot and lost. YOu reward them by giving them even a more meaningful shot at the same opponent? I just dont see it. The rematch is boring and the issue was settled yesterday. Plus anyone stupid enough to do that fake punt needs to sit home and reflect on their idiocy
