drive TD from the Tigers. That is one place where Bama is excelling this year - and frankly we are not (yet). We've proven we can come from behind. We've proven we can finish strong. Let's prove we can stand on their throats from the opening kick-off.

So far our opening drives have consisted of a lot of slow very predictable plays. A couple screens then a rush up the middle on a 3rd and 8. It's half way through the first quarter before we start to let Trevor's arm fly and then the we keep the defense reeling which also for me makes me a lot less worried than when the defense knows they can pressure him because the last thing we need is Trevor injured.

If we jump all over them and build a 14-21 point lead early we'll win big. If we trade touchdowns early it may lead to another close game.

We're more talented and have better coaches, but Nancy State always plays out of their minds against us...comes with the territory.

You're not being greedy. A lot of us would love to see not only a score on the opening drive(preferably a TD) but on the opening possession of the 2nd half as well.
In far too many games this year we have not only one, but our first two opening drives come away empty.
I don't care who we are playing, but we need to strike first and strike often.
Granted UGA was exposed Saturday after having played an easy opening schedule, but the reason they jumped us in the polls earlier in the season was because of "style points".They were running up big numbers early making them look more dominant than us.
