But I MUST have one or else I'm not legally awake until 10:30am.

I was never a coffee drinker. I was told I'd start in college pulling all nighters for exams. Nope, we had this thing called ritalin that does the same job but better.

OK, so when you graduate college and get a job in the real world and wake up early you'll definitely start. Nope.

Nope, none of that drove me to coffee. But one thing finally did. KIDS!!!! Yeeees. One does not truly know sleep deprivation until they have kids. And since I drive anywhere from 50 to 350 miles in a day at least 2-3 days a week, naps are not an option.
