Thanks for the hook up. I will try it for sure. I am interested. I am part owners of 2 fledgling ice cream shops. One is open all year because it is in a mall indoors and the other opens May 1st through end of September. They are in Budapest. The last 2 years we had nitrogen ice cream. The lines are long, but it just takes too long to make the ice cream and serve it. The profits aren't good enough if you're taking too long to turn customers. Anyway, we're switching to gelato and sorbet. I tried our new product and it's awesome. It also takes no time to serve.

I highly recommend you try Graeter's ice cream out of Cincinnati, particularly the black raspberry chip.
Available at all SC Fresh Market and Whole Foods locations. It's a family owned business and they be friends of the family--good people-- and one of their kids is currently a first generation Clemson undergrad student.
