It was a typo. They meant to say best in the county (RICHLAND) instead of best in the country. Understandable error.

Notice they didn't show anything pertaining to the inside. The funniest part of this whole endeavor down there is that it's going to open almost two years behind Clemson's and will still be sub-par in comparison. So not only are they playing catchup down there, they're still behind when they get to completion. Such a solid bunch of losers that they don't even realize how pathetic they are.
