Quality equivocation takes time and effort in advance. i think Bama drops 1 before seasons end as well.

Even though the championship game will be played indoors, they will blame it on the rain on their side of the field and that the sun was in their eyes every quarter.

Let's recap last year's:

1. Oklahoma wore us out
2. Georgia wore us out (a month prior)
3. ND was soooooooooo easy, y'all had a bye before us (despite ND being bigger and more physical than OU)
4. Bad playcalling.
5. We didn't want to be there (gotta include this cause I actually heard it. Didn't want to be there. AT THE NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP.)
6. TL just picked on our one bad corner; he was staring down receivers the whole time.
7. TL's receivers bailed him out of so many bad throws.
8. Our defense was AWFUL this year (they were top 10 in tons of categories like always)
9. We always have new coaches (we don't have that problem, even after winning two Nattys in three years)
10. Clemson's schedule is soooo easy and ours is sooooo hard (then why weren't you better prepared?)

Those were the main ones. And here are the things even the whiniest of Bama fans couldn't explain:

A) How did literally the greatest Alabama offense of ALL TIME only put up 16 points, including being shut out after the 14:00 mark in the 2nd?
B) The fake field goal.
C) Why so many drives stalled in the redzone.

Tua told me on TV that it was all on Alabama, not anything

that Clemson did. We just happened to be there. Probably would have been the same outcome if they had played Daniel High school, because it was all on them and the opponent really doesn't factor into whether they win or lose.
