Believe it or not, that game was exactly what Clemson needed

to finally quash all of the false hopes that this team was going to the NCAA tourney based on a string of 4 wins over 3 patsies and a ranked team so depleted from injury that they might be the 65th team in by the end of the season. Now we can concentrate all of our efforts going forward on creating an embarrassing NIT first round loss with so much style and verve that it becomes a memorable part of Clemson basketball lore for all eternity.
