I feel they will have to to have a chance of slowing down our run game but will they take that chance and leave our 6ft4in wr's on an island with there shorter and I believe less athletic dbs.

I'll now ammend that statement. There isn't a DB in college football who can cover Higgins or Ross if (or now that) we have a QB who can throw them the ball.

We hope they do . But with a freshman in our QB slot I bet it's mostly a zone thing and a lot of DL drops to try and muddle up the middle of the field .
At least , that is what I would do if I knew anything at all about football .

I think if everything is clicking the answer is no. Our WRs are probably gonna break open some big plays on Saturday.

However, there is the X factor in that TL is still a new thing, and once the opposing defensive coordinators figure him out he's likely to have a bad game at some point. So the X factor is what is going to make things interesting going forward. I don't know if it will become an issue before the ACCCG or playoffs (assuming we make one or both of those) though due to the talent level of the teams we'll play the rest of the season.
