BV won't leave for a lateral 100%. He might leave for the right HC opportunity, but given that his salary isn't that far off HC level, his job security is way better than any HC out there, and CU is a great environment for his family, it will absolutely have to be an opportunity that just fits. I've said before that if/when the folks in Baron Rouge decide to go in another direction, one of our coordinators would be a great fit. I think that's TE, not BV, but could certainly be wrong. Chapel Hill, on the other hand, is a place that CBV could win big. They have money for facilities and a really good recruiting territory. If they win, the folks in Blue have shown that they will support the team and he has been around the block enough to know who he wants around him. He's also learning from Dabo's playbook. My only question about BV is whether he's the right man for alumni relations. That's become and incredibly important component of creating a stable environment.
