The bone (C-1) that is sitting at 45 degrees should be in line with the larger C2 bone. The spinal cord (not shown on this MRI) basically does 2 turns.

I went to Orlando recently and asked the agent to scan my wrist. Nada.

So I got that going for me. Which is nice.
