This whole video is funny and worth a watch, but the first couple of minutes do an amazing job of highlighting how bad the Texans are doing at basically everything: protecting DW4, managing their roster, managing games, having a general manager, etc.

the Jimmies and Joes. Texans need more talented players, not a different coaching scheme. There is a reason the Texans had to trade UP to get Deshaun a couple years ago. They weren't very good then either.
