They beat northwestern. 7-3. If they were SEC and playing Bama Saturday they would be in possibly top 20 ugh

Getting beat by Virginia Tech pretty handily at home doesn't help their cause.

In order to be ranked you must play LSU where you can be compared with greatness! The talking heads like the faux
Tigers as much as they do OSU! How they were able to beat UG is a mystery to me.

Unless Auburn gets back into the top 25 by next week then Bama would have only faced 3 ranked teams during the regular season. Not exactly getting where the "If they were facing Bama they would be in the top 20" comes from.
