Started well before that but even just looking at 09 onward...
Average rounds/Year:
Trump: 87 (as of earlier this year)
Obama: 42
Also, the majority of Obamas rounds were played on military courses which are already secured so costs less to the taxpayer vs. Trump who plays on private courses almost exclusively that have to be secured before he can play. So far it is estimated to have cost 4x what Obama did due to course selection and frequency.
Neither however can are claim the top spots as those are Eisenhower at 100x a year and Woodrow Wilson at 150/Year.

Let's say you play for 40 years of your life.
Obama lost 280 days of his life, and Trump lost 580 days of his life, to one of the stupidest effing games in the history of human recreational invention.
