Had a fellow employee take his life last night. The entire plant is in shock.

I have fought depression (the wrong way) until I had enough and talked to someone who made a call, for me, to get professional help.


I can assure you, you are not alone.

had an employee here take his life about 3 years ago. For sure a gloom for a while afterward.

He was caught DUI for the 4th time, and walked out in the backyard. Never left a note or anything. Left 2 daughters and a wife behind. We still communicate with them, but not too often.

Please get help if you need it. Nothing is worth taking your life, or subjecting others to a life without you for such things.

I too have suffered depression. Tweener years, and glad I survived. Not easy, and many bad thoughts. Glad I'm here to bitch about these days though!
