Instead of rubbing it in Saban's face, he marched slowly down the field showing the world he could move at will on "the greatest team in football history", stopped at the goal line and just "dropped the mic."
Just like a putting a "Sgian-dubh" to their throat, grinning in their eyes, and then turning around and walking away.
A beautiful act in the most beautiful game in Clemson history.

When your opposition kneels...your time is up. It was the penultimate 'drop the mic' moment in college football. In the military, they talk of the color guard. That night...the color changed from crimson to orange. It's gonna stay a while.
As a man who grew up in Bama with Crimson blood...I can vouch for the power of 'change'! LOL!
I don't know why my relatives still acknowledge me. (Note: I didn't say speak..even my sister!)
 I'm ok with that!
