Go to 2:18 seconds and 6:11 seconds.
I understand the Why's Dabo has this in place I just not sure the results are what he intends.
That being said, I think Watson ends up a tiger unless Clemson withdraws their offer to him.

opportunity from the start.
if you want people to understand how you operate, you state it upfront; pretty sure from there it's an ongoing, continuing process.
is there a particular issue you have with dabo being upfront with recruits?

No. I think it's a good thing.
If you want my honest opinion, I think Dabo learned alot from the circus that was RN's recruitment last year and is applying it to this years recruiting class.

he knows every person is different & he treats them as individuals, which is one of his greatest strengths.
he didn't come this far, this fast by not knowing his way around people.

I'll disagree. Dabo might be the very best in the world are "knowing" people. That doesn't mean he can't learn something new from the experiences of life and how to apply it the next time he's presented with a similar situation.

different. the message remains the same, just might be delivered to in words to suit.
knowing people would include understanding they have frailties, that neither of you are perfect, which means each day is a learning experience, that's part of it.
he didn't need a lesson in that.
