Been rewatching some games and a question

came to mind. When was the last time we blocked a punt or field goal? Any idea the most in any season? Just wondering.

I guess that was it. I remember he saved us from a near loss. And wasn't he the one who pushed the Louisville player out of bounds so he didn't get that crucial 1st down? Sometimes a non star makes that important play and it needs to be remembered!

We blocked a FG against A&M this year, also blocked one of the early on punts in 2016 vs Bama. I don't recall every one of them but I do know those for sure.

Believe both Wilkins and Lawrence got their paws on a few kicks. Can’t remember the exact games. Seems maybe GT was one of the victims

I have been watching all the condensed games of last season, and I think that I've seen maybe a developing problem with TL, maybe. So help me out here, do anyone besides me think that he is looking at the receivers that he's going to just a little bit to long?

With his awesome throwing velocity, it does not matter as defenders cannot catch up to our receivers in the short time that the ball is in the air. Some of his throws are described as 'lasers' or 'dimes', or even 'frozen ropes'. I would hate to be a defender knowing he's looking at the guy I'm trying to defend.

I think we blocked three punts against Auburn in the 1997 Chik-fil-a Peach Bowl, one of which we ran in for a TD and the other to a FG. It was a terrible game with almost no offense. Our coach - Tommy West. Their coach - Terry Bowden.
