In a conversation with Gene Wojohowski, he has made a couple references to not being in charge of his program much longer. Maybe he was joking.

Been doing radio for 25 years. In Charlotte for many years. Massively popular show, syndicated all over the South. Now on SiriusXM, national show every day 4-7pm. Similar career path as Finebaum, who was on Birmingham radio for years before going to ESPN/SEC.
Son of legendary broadcaster Billy Packer (you heard of him?)
Clemson grad, played on the golf team.
Has two daughters at Clemson now (I think).

I agree, it's pretty much the only college FB show on in the evenings and I love how Clemson is always the elephant in the room that most of their callers tap dance around.
