Scholarship to the school you love to play a position you haven’t played, or a scholarship to either Syracuse or UCF to play the position you love?
Tough choice for the kid.

I don’t know, colleges has a tendency to change guys positions once they get on campus. I would go with the school and coaching staff that fits you best.

They have to give you a chance at that position for that to happen.
Watching his highlights looks like he could be a good h-back too. We may have a need there as well.

The last two defensive linemen I recall us converting to O-line is Tyler Shatley (NFL), and Gage Cervenka. It seems like I’m missing one. Those guys have done well.

Go to a school with conference championships, playoff games and a couple national championships or go to .........? Oh yeah, that's your dream school.

As an example, if having an opportunity to play for a National Championship is important to him, that's not something he's likely to experience at either UCF or Syracuse.

6% of high school senior football players play college football.
1.7% of college players will get drafted by the NFL.
I would go to the school I wanted to go to and the one with the best education reputation.
I would also go to the one that takes football seriously and has a potential to play for The Natty.
If I was close to my family, I would go to the one that is closest to them without being in the backyard o the school.
Close enough to visit, but farther enough away that I could get "life on training-wheels".

School I love. Guys go to school all the time and change positions. I would go to a place I love and let what happens from there happen. Me personally I don’t much care for the North anyway.
