as in the Refs biased play or non-play calls and that SEC Offices are in Alabama.

Mustchamp should be more concerned about Gamecock fans losing faith in him and their team. A good team can usually overcome bad officiating. Bad officiating is no longer a rarity, it occurs in almost every game.

from horrible officiating in the first half of the Tennessee game.
Phantom calls, no calls on at least two obvious targeting calls, and no calls on at least two obvious defensive holds.
It got so bad that Coach Pruitt, normally very unemotional, had a meltdown on the refs, got an unsportsmanlike call right after a defensive penalty, and nearly got another that would have gotten him ejected.
That's the only thing that got much more even officiating in the second half. It also got the Neyland crowd loudly into the game, got the refs booed for play after play, and most importantly, hot the Vols fired up like they haven't been in two years.
Congrats to Tennessee for overcoming the refs, adversity, and Muscoot's whining for a nice win.
