This isn't meant as a knock on him, but it helps when your DL is dropping the QB on his back on nearly every single play.

Well there were some games and plays where the qb had plenty of time to throw. Just saying.

I'd still say it's pretty impressive, seeing he played against Tua, Jalen Hurts, Eric Dungey, Ryan Finlay, Lamar Jackson, Bentley (considering all the yards they brag he had this last game, and not a one of those TD's came against Mullen), Stidham...can't say all of that was the line.

Sheesh, Eric Dungey...good riddance!  That dude was like a slightly faster, leaner Brice clone or something, ice in the veins and always seemed to have or almost have our number.

I’m not a recruiting junky, but he hit my radar his senior year when we desperately needed
To replace almost the entire backfield. There was just something about him that I knew he was going to be special. Happy to say I was right. A lot like Mac. Lockdown guy thst is easy to forget. Man, I love those guys. You forget they are out there because they are never in the spotlight. That spotlight is somewhere else because their opposition is never open.
