Having muse in single coverage after that early play? I thought they would be going to that formation all night long, but somehow we never saw it again.

I really love to know the def chess game.

I think Muse just didn't get beat deep again. Nolan Turner

Nolan Turner had to come in and play sound technique and the game plan as they had practiced all week. Then I think Muse settled down and kept everything in front of him.
The defense was blitzing from the motion side. Bamer likes to have their WR's in tight; b/c they run so much RPO. This helps with the slants. When a defender creeps up trying to stop the run; their speed takes over; they fake the block and run right past safeties who "have undisciplined eyes"!

A good chewing is all that happened and being yanked mometarily! Turner isn't as fast or as good at supporting the run; but he is always in the correct position.
