Burch - anyone heard this?

A Source says "Clemson has been banned from contacting Jordan Burch until his football season begins in August. This is stemming from Clemson contacting him during a no contact period and the violation being reported to the NCAA by someone at Hammond."
Anyone heard this?

Jamie Gardner, will there anyone at the chickens Spring Game ? Last year, there was about 1,000 I believe. Worry about your team. Ours is doing just fine, with or without Burch.

If it's true I feel like this "official" would 100% be pushing him to U5C instead of Clemson. Secondly there's not a "no contact period" as the coach is always able to call the recruit or write the recruit (text also) but not able to visit the school or have meetings off Clemson campus. The last "dead period" was over 2 months ago and to just now hear about it seems odd. Especially because I have friends that are very close to the situation and they have heard nothing about this. I would have to say it's false unless it's brand new info.
