I got into work this morning and received a message from a member of our IT dept asking if I went to gamecocknation.net last week. I told him I typically try to avoid that place, but that it's not entirely out of the question. (I occasionally click a link from here of someone making fun of coots losing their $hit).
Anyway, he proceeded to have me run a full scan of my system to make sure I didn't pick up a virus. I found it quite humorous that of all the websites I've visited in 3+ years working here, this was the first time I've been flagged as needing to run a full system scan for viruses
FYI: I didn't find any viruses, but I learned my lesson! I'll be much more careful to avoid the less respectable websites from now on! You all have been warned

You should do the job that you are paid too do and not be
scanning social media.If you went to Tigernet and i were
your boss,i would warn you.But a coot site? you would be
cleaning out your desk.

Thanks for the heads up, but I do not visit Coot sites. They are annoying enough without hunting them up to talk too.

get rid of the chicken curse. It may work better than Norton or some the antivirus software.
That is funny that they would flag you for a coot website.
