The countries in question are listed among the State Department’s terrorism-sponsoring list (Iran, Sudan and Syria), as well as those designated by the Department of Homeland Security as countries of concern (Libya, Somalia and Yemen)

You didn't feel the need to address whether your religious views are at odds with your political ones...you know, like the verse the OP cited.

are presenting themselves as authorities on that which is inside the Bible's covers. I also find it strange that all of sudden liberal are up in arms about the victims of a war which took the lives of half a million, that's 500,000 thousand, Syrian citizens.
All of a sudden you're championing their rights. Strange indeed.

who already live and work here. They've got some things to work out the kinks but in the long run it's just a temporary ban of new people coming into this country from those banned list.
You libs overreaction is very amusing.

when you say it's a Muslim ban.
This is a list of majority Muslim countries. Only 7 on this list are part of the EO.

The EO warrants a lot of discussion...perhaps it's more beneficial if it's actually honest discussion.

risk of ISIS activity, combined with a government that is supportive of terror and/or we are not able to accurately vet through.
I haven't looked into for myself yet, but there were claims on interviews I watched this morning that these 7 countries were identified by the Obama administration and had been contained in bills/laws codified by Congress.
A ban on Muslims...would have been just that. This wasn't that.

Due to "Islamic terrorism" as our president said. He also said Christians would receive priority for admission.
So how is this not a restriction on people who are Muslim?

The article I posted just a minute ago touched on that a bit:
http://www.tigernet.com/forums/message.jspa?messageID=20985575
I think you're referring to the preference when refugees continue again. Trump is claiming the preference for Christians because of how they have been systematically murdered in certain regions, e.g. Syria.
With that said, I don't believe there should be religious tests for refugee status. Now, severity of threat should be considered and that, in and of itself, may place more Christians at the front versus Muslims, but it should be based on threat severity and immediacy.
