Dang! Bama is going to have a new staff. He is arguably their best recruiter as well.

NO. They are leaving! Nicki must be a beast to work for in quest of tying Bear Bryant's mark! And at 67 he knows he doesn't have long to do it. So he likely pressures the heck out of coaches he can get; or who are desperate enough to work for him. The rest have wised up and moved on b/c they don't need that kind of stress. How long before recruits stop responding to a older coach? Even a legendary one. Ask Steve Quit-purrier who should have been able to show up and get top notch recruits; but eventually couldn't!

Just a matter of time and bamer folks know it. They will go back to the Mike Shula bamer days quick!

Any recruit has to ask themselves both if a 72 year old Saban is going to still be coaching and, if so, just how effective he's gonna be.

He admits there is a crack in his coaching by stating Clemson was doing what other teams did that was successful against the Tide and they didn't practice against that. What? Admitting there was no plan to correct a problem? And this, the great Nick Saban, the greatest coach to ever inhabit Planet Earth?

How refreshing to see the coaches on our sideline showing emotion, smiling and hugging and then look across the field and see a coach who must think it is a deadly sin to smile and never having anyone near enough to pat on the back.
