I love how he said, "getting those boys ready for another 7 and 6 sea-zahn"! LOL!

Big 10 folks would say: "buh buh but we have teams with a bunch of national titles"! To which I always reply: "how many of them since you had to at least play another top 10 team"? How many of those were from the voted on error?

The poor sports writers in the South at the time had no chance of convincing those big city folks we knew much about football. I am not impressed with their titles won in that era. At least when bowls came along you had to play an out of conference opponent that was worthy at least.

They have struggled since BCS and playoffs were introduced. Except for Ohio St. And Urban Meyer(I know Tressel was successful and beat Miami in 03).

As pointed out in the vid though; where are they now?

I'm glad they're over with as well!

You know people don't realize ARMY use to be a powerhouse of college football back in the day! 1944, 45 and 46 and they have a total of 5 overall. Being in the Department of The Navy myself(Marine Corps) I can't be over-joyed with that, LOL! But, good for them!

Maybe they were actually the best team back then. Same as Michigan and Ohio State for some of their "voted on Championships"! The problem of course, the people voting didn't likely see Clemson play! Or most teams not named Bamer south of the mason dixie line.
I call it championships(taxation) without observations(representation). Good for their trophy case; but there is a reason it was changed to where you have to prove it on the football field.

Heck, let the SEC crowd and Big 10 crowd tell it now - Big 12, Pac 12 and ACC had may as well stop playing football they are so good. Now, imagine those being the people who voted!
