As I reflected on Isiah Simmons play last night

Sep 15, 2019, 11:30 AM

The guy is an amazing athlete. We all know that. I think he is the most versatile D player we have ever had. There isnt a defensive play he cant make and hasnt made. Coverage, run stop, blitz, fill a hole in short yardage. You literally just sit there and wonder what he will do next to make you marvel. His goal line last night was textbook

No doubt he will be getting some year end awards.

Men at 25 play football. Men at 40 play tennis. Men at 60 play golf. Have you noticed as men get older their balls get smaller.

Who will take that role next year for Tigers defense?

We are going to lose a lot of defense this year

Sep 15, 2019, 11:39 AM

whatever will we do :)

Tuner is back.Skalski is back. Zanders will be good. Goodrich and DK will both be lock down. Charleston will step up too.

Kenvin Swint will play day 1

Defense will be even younger next year, but Lord will there be talent. Hopefully most of these pups coming in on the D-Line will early enroll. But next year is when we will take the biggest "talent" jump forwards in my memory. This 2020 class will be historic.

I think he is a top 10 Clemson defensive player of all time. He has become that good. He will be a great pro.

Simmons is playing his way into being a wealthy young man next summer. The new kid Davis is the one who impresses me the most right now. Can’t you see a little Wilkins in him already? The Tigers aren’t going anywhere soon... except up!

He is really impressive and what an infectious personality. He just seems like this big, overgrown kid who loves every minute of life.

Isaiah Simmons is a FREAK no doubt!

He’s a steady performer and a great young man!
