...that wasn't? I know MLB changed its rule to allow simply putting a batter on base without throwing, but not college. What was that all about?

1) The Umpires seem to be quite confused. All Weekend.

2) I hate watching a team self destruct.

3) I wish these commentators would shut up!, They did not know the rule either.
