+1 In addition to all of the personality & culture deficiencies, the results aren't there on the field either, especially in the biggest games

Dabo 0.784 6-5 12-6
B.Kelly 0.715 0-3 3-11

Keep in mind that he also got to bolster his record with Grand Valley State & 34-6 at Cincinnati before going Power-5 level of competition.


There is reason why Dabo is usually only compared with Saban & Urban even though they have many more years coaching, as none of his contemporaries really stack up.

I mean, how could you really enjoy being coached by him? Probably more player just wants to play at ND and don’t care who the coach is. I feel the same way about harboogh at meechigan.
