Jan 10, 2019, 10:50 AM

Do we know if his ankles were actually broken after getting Rossed?

I think I heard torn achilles?

If that is the case, he would have been better off breaking the ankle.

A torn achilles is an awful injury to recover from.

The only thing hurt was his pride...

He came back to the sidelines in the second half. He's fine. You should read the LSU boards and what they have to say about him. I guess he was there at one point and transferred to Bama. Needless to say, they're not fans.

Reported as a ruptured Achilles tendon.

It was Savion Smith. And if you truly tear your Achilles tendon, you’re absolutely not jogging back out of the tunnel to the sideline with the trainers afterwards (which he apparently did during TV timeout). You could still walk, but jog? That would be a feat. If true though, he has a LONG road of recovery ahead of him.
